Dominique Philipp is my
roommate of 6 months now. She is a native Texan by birth and
has moved back to the big old state after she graduated from
Duke in May of 2000. Dominique loves sports and in particular
playing volleyball which she played at Duke. Dom is by far
the best roommate I've ever had, however, she sucks at singing
karoake!

I have know Jennifer
Herbert for going on 6 years now. We both attended SMU
and graduated in May of 2000. Jenn is a great person who
I am excited to say is about to be married. Kabel Morgan
and Jenn are getting married on June 15th. It is with a
happy and sad heart that we share this time with her as
Jenn and Kabel will be moving to Birmingham, AL. !

Courtny Klement is my very best
friend from college. We lived next door to each other freshman
year and have been basically inseparable ever since. Even though
Courtny lives in Miami now, we still meet up several times a year
for Karen and Courtny CRAZY adventures. Our next one is scheduled
for April when we plan to go to Peru and hike Macchu Piccu.

Hilary Stewartson and I
have known each other since we were two years old, where she claims
her first memory of me is with a boogie in my nose. Hilary is a
crazy woman who is addicted to television and could make anyone
laugh. She has the best sense of humor and hopes one day to be
on Saturday Night Live. Oh yeah, she wants to get married like
five years ago, so if you are single, call her.

Brian Davis, Where do I
start? Brian and I met on a ski tip in 1995 my senior year
in highschool. We soon discovered that we would be attending
SMU together. Brian was one of my closest friends in school.
He is a great person and a great friend. While he currently
lives in Boston, he will soon be moving back to Dallas. We can
not wait to welcome him back to the Big D!

Paige Smith is also one of my
best friends from Brownwood. We've known each other so long that
she knows me as well as my family. Paige just got up the balls to
move to New York (on Sept 1, 2002), only days before the big terrorist
attacks. She is the only person I know who had to actually run
for her life. Paige now works for the NFL in Manhattan, and every
time we hang out, something really good happens to her!

Monique Sommer and I have also
known each other since we were just babes. We both went to South
Elementary (go Kittens!), and were in the same school for about
fifteen years. Mo is my sarcastic friend, who always makes me laugh,
and continues to amaze me with her style, and great finds at garage
sales! And of course, since she is a nurse, she gets to answer all
the fun questions.

Emily Todd, alias "Boss Todd"
is one of the Brownwood eight. Emily is going to be a lawyer so
that she can keep all of her friends out of trouble (ha)! Honestly,
the most compassionate person I know, wouldn't hurt a fly! We
always seem to get into crazy situations together!
|
|
Heather (Dibrell) Hill and I were
absolutely inseparable for almost all of high school. She was quite
threatening to most back then, but has become one of the most
thoughtful, compassionate people. Heather is married to one of the
nicest men I know, Jimmy, and the two of them are expecting their
first baby in September.

|
Misty "Turtle" Todd is for sure
one of the silliest people I know. We call her "Turtle" because
she walks slowly, talks slowly, and don't even get me started on her
story telling. Turtle isn't really doing much at all right now (don't
get me started), but at least she has a goal!

Amy Scaff is a long time friend
of mine who just moved to Dallas. I always give Amy hell for
being head cheerleader and homecoming queen, but it's probably
just because I am jealous! :) Amy has an amazing quality of
being nice and friendly to every person who crosses her path.
That's a quality I'd like to pick up on.

Shelby Roberts was my roommate in
PwC's ASCENT training in the fall of 2001. From the day we met, I
knew that we'd be friends forever. I've never met a person who I had
sooooo much in common with! I'm excited to say that Shelb is making
a HUGE transition this summer, moving from sunny L.A. to London to
live with her boyfriend Dave.
|
|
Jaclyn Cribley was my other best
friend from PwC training. She is so unique, smart, and positive that
hanging around with her makes me feel dumb and plain. However, I still
love her to death. Jac just took a job in New Orleans where she is
working on an oil rig or something... I'll never be able to figure
that girl out!
